Our objective in this project is to enhance the services of the advising office, making them more accessible and efficient for both students and staff.
The system we aim to develop will significantly reduce the time and effort required from the office’s employees, especially at the start of each academic term when they experience high demand from students seeking academic guidance. This often creates significant pressure on the office.
Additionally, some students may refrain from seeking assistance due to the long waiting times and heavy demand. This system will address these challenges, ensuring smoother operations for both students and staff.
